And Ladies, while we are praying for strength, let's do the things that we know can build it up instead of just waiting around for an answer.  Run. Jump.  Push. Pull. Shake it hard and your prayer has a much better chance at being answered quickly.  
 
Y'all have just been ripping the dances up lately and I just wanted to thank you for bringing such a winning attitude to class.  Many of you are developing a real personal flavor and I am always looking forward to the take you will have on each night's routine. 
 
A few updates: Our sound system has been upgraded and so the tunes will be pumping out better than ever tonight.  Bee's Landing and James Island classes both happen every Tuesday, so let your JI and West Ashley Peeps know to come out and hit it.  And of course you can add another night of dancing to your schedule if you have time to get over to one of those joints. 
 
Can't wait to see you tonight.  We'll get our backs up all right, stronger and ready for any load life can throw at us.

 Dearest Ladies of Indomitable Will, 
What we are doing works, I see it everyday. Thank you so much for making me aware of each mountain climbed, stress hissy averted, race run,  friendship made and laugh laughed through our efforts at boogieing down.  And the key is a very basic one.  Showing up.  I know it is a struggle for many of you to regularly make it in to hip hop.  But I encourage you to keep trying.  The number of positive things that has grown out of our dance parties are now too many to count. 
If you haven't joined the party in a while.....jump in, it's like riding a bike! New to the party.... so glad to have you!  A regular Hip Hopper.....I bow down to you.
Have a FABULOUS one planned for tonight....see you at 7:30!!

 Ladies of Strength & Beauty,
I run into a lot of women in my daily life, always stopping me, telling me how they want to come back to Hip Hop (please, don't ever feel like you have to say that) and how they just want to generally feel better, get stronger and of course...lose 10 lbs. This happens about 3 or 4 times a day, so here is what I am thinking....do something about it!! No more talking, just do it. You will soon realize once the action starts the talking, whining, feeling sorry for yourself, dreading putting on your swimsuit, pulling on the dreaded spanx....it all stops.
Your attitude changes, you feel better, things fit better and you can focus on some many more wonderful things.
Stop talking, start doing, be happy...you have the power, it's your choice.
I am here to be your motivator, counseler, and Hip Hop ring leader.
