PostHeaderIcon challenge, rhythm and sweat

Dear Smoking Hot (and hopefully dry) Chicks,

OK everybody, it's time to put down the mocha java, throw off that snuggy, dial down the mellow music and get yourself fired up to burn up the gym tonight. After a cool, wet and cloudy day like today we need to create some of our own heat to powerus through a busy week.

A good thing to remember is that though today Charleston feels like Seattle or Minneapolis--- we are in Carolina, my little chickies---- and tomorrow (or December 5th) could be 80 degrees all over again. And unlike our sisters on the tundra, we do not have 6 months out of the year to camouflage our less firm spots under parkas, sweaters and snowpants. And Thank Goodness for that.

We have built a fabulous community around fun and fitness. Come out to enjoy it tonight. Continue to rewire your brain to link joy, challenge, rhythm and sweat and the dividends will start showing up in every area of your life. We will have some prizes and giveaways that will go along with a few fun challenges this evening. Can't wait to see you at the DIS Gym!!
